Olympia Events, managed by ASM Global, has announced the appointment of Adam Pollington as the venue’s new Director of Sales — Conferences and Events, a new role within the senior leadership team. 

Olympia Events has appointed Ray Watson as Food & Beverage Director, a new role within the Senior Leadership team, as the venue continues to enhance its experience and expertise across the business.

Watson joins from Manchester United, where he was Head of Catering & Event Delivery, and prior to that role had over 15 years of experience at Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal football clubs.
