We have a dedicated train station next to the venue, Kensington (Olympia), and we are walking distance from West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations. Take a few moments to plan your journey.
During events held at Olympia Events, there will be a cloakroom to keep your items safe.
For many events we carry out bag searches with along with other safety procedures to keep you and our staff safe. We advise you not to bring a bag where possible to ensure your entry into the venue is as quick and easy as possible. Find out more about our 24hr security measures.

It's very unusual for there to be a security incident. However, in case there is one, stay calm and follow the instructions of highly trained staff at the venue.
The cost of parking varies depending on how long you are staying for. You need to pre-book parking and we recommend you do this more than 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Yes, we do have spaces for lorries of up to 7.5 tonnes and vans, although they are limited so you need to pre-book your slot to guarantee your space.
Exhibitors and contractors need to book deliveries and logistics in advance with Voyage Control and passes will be checked.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer coach parking at the venue. The nearest coach parking facility is Wembley.
