If you need a space for your car, we require you to pre-book online as parking spaces are limited. Olympia's parking tariff is applicable to all visitors.

There are also wide bays for Blue Badge holders in Olympia's motorail car park. These bays are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you wish to pre-book, this does not guarantee you a disabled bay but will ensure you have a space in the motor rail car park. 

When you arrive, please inform car parking staff that you have pre-booked a parking space and that you require a disabled bay, and someone will assist you. All disabled parking is charged at the standard tariff rates.

The Grand Hall is on Olympia Way, and just a short distance from the station and car park. The National Hall entrance is on the junction of Olympia Way and Hammersmith Road.

The Grand Hall has a ramp with a gentle incline at the entrance. 

The National Hall has a wheelchair lift in the foyer.

West Hall has a ramp in the foyer and passenger lifts to the upper level.

Wheelchairs are available for hire at Olympia. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by submitting an enquiry using our contact us page. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

For specific information about facilities available at events, please contact the event organiser.

The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to us. Therefore personal support animals are normally welcome at the venue during events. However, some events may have restrictions on support animals where the event organiser has assessed that the specific nature of a show would not be a suitable environment for them. So please check with the event organiser for specific restrictions for the event you plan to attend. You can find the organisers website within the event listing.

Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

See the venue floor plans for the location of cloakrooms and accessible toilets. All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex. There are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets.

All of our catering outlets are at ground floor level. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.

Qualified first aid staff are available at all events.
