Olympia London’s Health & Safety team won the VenueShield Champions Award last night at ASM Global’s Awards – the ASMies - at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.
The ASMies, being held for the first time, celebrated those who go the extra mile to make sure that every guest that visits an ASM Global venue leaves with memories that last a lifetime.
Olympia London’s Health and Safety team won the VenueShield Champions Award for outstanding contribution to health and safety. Individuals and teams that go the extra mile to ensure the highest standard of health & safety or security were nominated from ASM Global’s 30 venues around Europe in this category.
From the inception of an event through to breakdown, the team put in the hours to provide a seamless service that’s recognised as the best our industry offers. They also provide the venue’s first aid medical services and train other departments.
Everyone at Olympia London is very proud of the Heath and Safety team, led by Paul Brough, and their richly deserved award, the best practice that they create, and for keeping everyone safe.
