A peaceful nature reserve, where wild birds and wildlife can prosper in wetland habitats.
If you want to feel as if you're deep in the country during your visit to London, this is the place to visit. The London Wetland Centre was opened in 2000 and is managed by the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) who are dedicated to the conservation of unique spaces.
As you walk around you can get up close to ducks, geese and even watch otters in their own special enclosure. Deeper into the park, the expanses of water are home to an even wider selection of birds and creatures, and there are a number of hides in which to observe and take photos.
The London Wetland Centre is also a highly original venue for hospitality and meetings. They've got five spaces that can host up to 200 people. They even hold team-building events.
